In all its stained glass glory, here is the quilt with four weeks to go. I love the way the voile spots really stand out with the light behind the quilt.
Mandy and I have been to see Sophie at Materialise, a lovely new fabric shop here in Perth, and have selected a great Kaffe Fassett print for the quilt backing. The binding is proving more of a problem. Mandy wants a particular yellow and we can't seem to find just the right shade. At least I can now sandwich the quilt and start the quilting while we continue to hunt for that elusive binding fabric.
