Floral challenge Friday

What a relief - it's Friday and my floral challenge has finished. I would have had to resort to the flowers from the rocket in the vegetable garden which has gone to seed if the challenge had continued and even these are looking very tired.

It is just as well that the little flowers are very papery and not at all succulent as the white cabbage moth caterpillars have chewed enormous holes in the leaves of my blue statice.

Now I have little posies of flowers all over the house.
