Wedding Bells
We went to a beautiful wedding this weekend. As you would expect, the bride was radiant and the groom dashing (as in handsome not as in dashing off). The reception was held at Lake Josephine which is about one hour north of Perth and it was a truly magical setting. It was getting dark as we arrived, but I managed to take a couple of photos of the lake and some of the intriguing architecture surrounding it. This little tower is used as a gallery when it is not acting as an amazing backdrop for a wedding reception. The theme of the wedding was black and cream and the effect was simply stunning. On the back of every lady's chair was a black pashmina which served to both decorate the marquee and then kept our knees warm in the cold evening. I have never seen this done before and thought it was a fantastic idea.
