This is not really the sort of thing you want to be doing just a few days before going away, but these little cumquats were looking for a home and I just couldn't say no.
I have had some failures in the past with marmalade so I decided to try the new CSR setting sugar. I soaked
and boiled and it worked. 
Now I have to get back to my research.

i've never heard of this. i really think I should give it a go with some oranges maybe?
