To celebrate Australia Day, I made a lovely golden star which became the most amazing mango sorbet. As there are six stars on the Australian flag, I am awarding this sorbet six stars for deliciousness.

Di!!!!!! This is torture! I had some mango sorbet a couple of nights ago and it truly is the best flavour EVER, but I'm sure yours would be in another stratosphere. Thank you for my virtual treat :)
I should also mention that your photos lately are looking even more like magazine shoots. It's a high bar.
