A sticky bun on a Saturday morning goes down a treat. I have been wanting to make these ever since I watched Annabel Langbein make them on her TV show, The Free Range Cook, last year and I was not disappointed. They are easy to make.
I made the dough yesterday and kept it in the fridge until this morning when all I had to was roll it out, spread it with butter, sugar and cinnamon, roll it up again and slice into rounds, let the buns rise for 20 minutes and then cook for about 15 minutes. A cup of coffee and a sticky bun - what more could you ask for.
