I bought the fabrics to make this little quilt from the New York City Quilter way back in 2008 thinking it would make a lovely memento of my visit to that wonderful city.
It has taken me this long to piece it and then hand quilt it.
However, every time I have picked it up to work on it, it has reminded me of New York so the lengthy time it has taken me has not been without some compensation.
The new yellow stools at Mandy's home provide the perfect prop for this little yellow quilt.
